how do I make an order?

Select your luggage of choice under the Webshop page. The product specifications can be read when a product is selected. Choose the right dimension for your luggage and/or the right color for the cover. When selected and chosen, you will be forwarded to the shopping cart. This is the place where you will enter your contact and flight information. When filled in, you can pay. After everything is complete, a confirmation email will be sent. You will be updated via mail as well. 

I want to cancel my order, what does that cost me?

Canceling your order till 7 days prior is totally free! After that, we charge 50 percent of the standard costs. 

my suitcase did not arrive, what now?

That is really unfortunate. Via the app you can see where your luggage is located via the inserted tracker. The phone number of the airline you are travelling with is staded here aswell. If this does not work, feel free to contact us via mail or phone. Tel. 123-456-7890,  info@suitedcase.com.

Can I send my luggage to Eindhoven airport?

As for right now, we only offer a shuttle service to Schiphol Amsterdam. We are planning to expand to more airports in the Netherlands and Europa in the future.
