what does a tsa lock mean? 

A TSA lock is mandatory at all airports. Customs agents at the airports are the only ones who have keys for this. This is to check your suitcase when going through security.

how can i recognize my suitcase between others?

Our suitcase has a unique and eye-catching design, you will not miss it. 

If you bring more suited cases or if you want to find your suitcase even quicker, you can choose to buy a cover. With the choice of six amazing colors your suited case will definitely stand out! 

do i have to return the suitcase cover?

You do not need to return the suitcase cover. This is a one time purchase and you can reuse it for the next time you rent from us*!

How is the hygiene of the luggage? 

After use, we take all the luggage and clean them thorough. This is done by our cleaning experts who have gone through extensive training. When you receive your luggage they will be as clean as if they are brand new.  

Is the suitcase water-resistant?  

Our product is water-repellent, not water-resistant. Consequently, damage caused by water is not covered by our warranty.
