How do I make an order?
Select your luggage of choice under the Webshop page. The product specifications can be read when a product is selected. Choose the right dimension for your luggage and/or the right color for the cover. When selected and chosen, you will be forwarded to the shopping cart. This is the place where you will enter your contact and flight information. When filled in, you can pay. After everything is complete, a confirmation email will be sent. You will be updated via your email as well.

Do I need to be home when the suitcase gets picked up to get checked in?
Yes, if you are not home it is not possible for us to check in your luggage. We will pick up the luggage at the pre-chosen timeslot. You need to be present together with a valid identification. This counts for everyone who is coming with you.
